Payment is by Credit Card (via Stripe) or Paypal at checkout. If you would like to Layby (Direct Deposit in installments) please contact me.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Most pieces are Express posted via Australia Post. It is up to each individual to check whether they are within the Express Post network and to make a note at checkout if they believe their piece may need to be sent sooner to ensure that it arrives on time. If pieces are ready-made they will generally be posted the next business day. Custom-made pieces may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, so please get in contact if your piece is required sooner.
Smaller pieces such as clips, headbands and and turbans are shipped in Regular Post satchels (let me know if you require Express shipping). Larger pieces are packaged in boxes. Shipping costs are up to $20 within Australia depending on the size and weight of the item/s. If you are purchasing multiple items, shipping costs will be combined at checkout.
Pieces can be shipped Internationally. Please contact me for International shipping rates.
Every piece is checked thoroughly before being shipped. Please choose carefully as there is no return or refund available for change of mind. If you would like more photos of a piece at different angles or if you are unsure as to whether a colour will suit please contact me.
